Multiple Volume Displays

LONI_Viz allows you to overlay several volume on top of each other. Version 2.0 only allows the display of 2 volumes at the same time. To display a second volume on top of another one first select Display--->Select Current Volume--->[pic a volume index] menu-option. The first uploaded volume is always the one called "MRI" volume. If you select another volume, e.g., "Cryo", all image manipulations you perform from this point on are related to this second volume, until you re-select another volume index. In particular if you request File--->Load, after you selected the "Cryo" volume the volume which will be loaded will NOT replace the first one but will rather be loaded in addition to the first volume, so that the 2 volumes can be superimposed.
