•  Medical image analysis: reconstruction, segmentation, and registration

•  3D shape analysis: harmonic mapping, Laplace-Beltrami spectrum analysis, intrinsic feature extraction, skeleton computation, shape priors, and statistical analysis of morphometry changes

BRAIN IMAGE ANALYSIS SOFTWARE ( RELEASED AS LONI PIPELINE MODULES )

•  Direct cortical surface mapping software : computes a map between two cortical surfaces under the constraints of a set of sulcal lines

•  Hippocampal surface mapping software : computes spherical maps of hippocampal surfaces with automatically detected landmark curves

•  Sulcal/gyral skeleton extraction software : computes the Hamilton-Jacobi skeleton of sulcal/gyral regions on cortical surfaces.
